Centime is an ERP-embedded AP, AR and cash forecasting suite for US mid-market finance teams on NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Business Central and QuickBooks, sold direct and through FNBO, which also carries its supplier ACH payments.
Independently scored, one dimension at a time. Every dimension is sourced, and we say whether a claim is published, reported, or estimated.
The integration pages (checked 27 September 2026) document two-way sync with NetSuite across 73 record types, including class, department, location, custom segments and intercompany entries, and with Sage Intacct across 66 record types, with dimensions and attachments written back. Business Central sync respects posting groups and the draft-to-posted lifecycle, and QuickBooks Online and Desktop are both supported. Centime has held Built for NetSuite status since March 2023. There is no Xero, SAP, Acumatica or Dynamics GP connector; a file-upload option for other ERPs arrived on 1 July 2026.
The pricing page says most customers go live in 7 to 21 business days, and the NetSuite page lays out a 9-step setup from SuiteApp install to go-live, with a Centime API key entered during configuration. A product tour with demo data is available before purchase. The bank-channel Payables page claims go-live in hours to days for other ERPs through an AI data mapper (vendor-claimed); no independent timeline was found.
Every customer is assigned a dedicated customer success manager, per the pricing page FAQ (checked 27 September 2026). Centime reported an NPS of 54 in a September 2023 survey and cites 4.9 on G2 and 4.5 on Capterra; these stay vendor-stated because G2, Capterra, TrustRadius and Software Advice were bot-blocked. No published support hours, phone line or response-time commitment was found.
Centime pays by ACH, printed check with USPS tracking, virtual check, virtual card (CentimeCard or Amex) and international wire in the supplier's currency (payments page and knowledge base, checked 27 September 2026). ACH runs on FNBO's rails with dedicated settlement for each customer (FNBO, 12 March 2026), and the AP account can earn 2.25 percent APY with balances over $250,000 swept through IntraFi's ICS. Standard ACH credits suppliers 3 business days after approval, same-day ACH is arranged through the CSM, card payments to suppliers carry a surcharge, and no payment fee schedule is published.
The security policy (checked 27 September 2026) lists SOC 1 and SOC 2 Type II reports, two-factor login, granular entitlements, payment transaction limits and a timestamped audit trail that cannot be altered. The AP and integration pages describe multi-level approval policies, duplicate detection and two- and three-way matching against NetSuite, Sage Intacct and Business Central receipts; QuickBooks stops at two-way. The bank-channel Payables page adds KYB, KYC and sanctions screening plus a second approval on any supplier bank change, and release R86 (27 September 2025) added HIPAA masking of health data. No 1099 e-filing, e-invoicing or VAT feature was found.
Release notes show multi-subsidiary NetSuite auto-coding (11 December 2025), non-USD bill posting (21 April 2026) and a consolidated Sage Intacct top-level view (22 July 2026), and the payments page lists international wires. Centime publishes no customer count, invoice volume or payment volume, and Tracxn lists 78 employees (reported, read 27 September 2026). FNBO reports Centime's ACH payment count up 92.65 percent from June 2024 to November 2025 without giving a base. ACH payments over $1M take an extra day, and same-day card payouts in AR cap at $100,000 a day.
The pricing page (checked 27 September 2026) names the units: AP by invoices captured and payments processed, AR by invoices collected, unlimited users, with bundle, multi-year and nonprofit discounts. No subscription price or payment fee is published. Vendr shows a median of $6,600 a year from only 6 purchases, with a displayed low of $6,000 and high of $12,214 (read 27 September 2026). The card program fee schedule is public: no annual fee, a 19.99 percent APR, a 3 percent foreign transaction fee and $35 to $39 late fees.
In-product AI is real but modest: Gen AI invoice capture, header and line-level coding prediction, and a Cash Forecasting Workbench with plain-English scenarios (12 June 2026), extended on 16 September 2026 to prompts that edit the baseline forecast. Exchange, an agentic supplier enrollment product shown at NACHA in April 2026, is absent from release notes through 3.4.0, and its page now redirects to the homepage. No public API documentation, developer portal or MCP server exists: developer.centime.com and mcp.centime.com serve the same web app shell, and the official MCP registry returned no Centime server on 27 September 2026.

You are buying AP, AR and a 13-week cash forecast that run inside NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Business Central or QuickBooks, from the founder of MineralTree. The ERP work is the strength. Centime says its NetSuite sync carries 73 record types and its Sage Intacct sync 66, with dimensions, custom segments and two- and three-way matching against receipts. Payments run on FNBO's ACH rails with dedicated settlement for each customer, and the AP account can sit in an FNBO checking account paying 2.25 percent APY (as of 23 December 2025).
The catch is transparency and reach. Pricing is quote only, the one public benchmark rests on 6 Vendr purchases, and no ACH, check, wire or FX fee is published. There is no public API, developer portal or MCP server, so an AI agent cannot work in Centime today. The company is small (Tracxn lists 78 employees) and discloses no customer count. Standard ACH reaches suppliers 3 business days after approval under its good-funds model, and same-day ACH is arranged through the customer success manager.
Before signing, get in writing: the price per invoice band for AP and AR, every payment fee including the FX margin on international wires, a renewal cap, and a same-day ACH commitment. Ask for the SOC 1 and SOC 2 Type II reports and a data export commitment at exit. If you run Sage Intacct with purchase orders, confirm that three-way matching is switched on, since the August 2025 release notes say it is available on request.
Jobs, mapped to how finance teams actually buy.
Centime captures header and line detail, predicts GL coding and runs two- or three-way matching against the ERP's purchase orders and receipts, with match type set per supplier. Coded bills post back with class, department, location or Intacct dimensions attached. On QuickBooks, matching stops at two-way because QuickBooks records no receipts.
Approved bills go out by ACH, check, virtual card or international wire, funded from a Centime Checking Plus account provided by FNBO. Balances above $250,000 are placed across IntraFi network banks for wider FDIC coverage. The yield floats and payment fees are not published, so model the net return before counting on it.
AR runs reminder campaigns, a customer portal with autopay and ACH or card payments, and since June 2026 cash application that matches remittances to invoices. Card surcharges are capped at 2.9 percent and switched off by default in states that ban them. Merchant card processing runs through Payrix, per the August 2025 release notes.
The Cash Forecasting Workbench groups projected inflows and outflows by customer, supplier and GL account, and lets finance model timing changes. It accepted plain-English scenarios from launch on 12 June 2026, and since 16 September 2026 custom prompts can edit the baseline forecast, with a confirmation step and a history of applied prompts. It is included with AP or AR at no separate charge.
Banks can offer Centime under their own brand; private-label instances shipped on 21 April 2026. The Payables product adds supplier KYB, KYC and sanctions screening and a second approval on bank detail changes. FNBO is the only bank that confirms offering Centime to its business clients (FNBO, 12 March 2026). Centime also hosts referral pages aimed at customers of Western Alliance Bank, M&T Bank, CNB, Integro Bank and First Financial, but none of those banks confirmed a referral or distribution agreement on a public page found on 27 September 2026.

Here's what it really costs: published rates where a vendor lists them, aggregated quote data where they don't, plus a path to your own number.
Priced by invoices captured and payments processed each month, unlimited users. Includes AI capture and coding, approvals, 3-way PO matching, supplier portal and cash forecasting.
Priced by invoices collected, unlimited users. Includes collections automation, a customer portal with autopay, payment delay predictions and cash forecasting.
1.6 percent cash back subject to credit approval and minimum spend. 19.99 percent APR, 3 percent foreign transaction fee, $35 to $39 late fees.

ACH, check, wire, same-day ACH and FX fees are not listed on any public page; ask for the full schedule with the quote.

Included with AP or AR, free to qualified CentimeCard users with minimum spend, or bought per user at an unpublished price. Built on Fyle.
Checking at 2.25 percent APY as of 23 December 2025, with an ICS sweep for balances over $250,000. Provided by FNBO, Member FDIC.
The pricing page (checked 27 September 2026) covers subscription units and discounts but lists no ACH, check, wire, same-day ACH or FX fee. The Payables page says the exchange rate and Centime's fee appear before an international transfer, which is too late for a budget. A Centime comparison page claims one flat annual rate that includes all invoices and transactions. Get that written into the order form with volume bands.
The ACH knowledge base article (updated 6 July 2026) says standard ACH follows a good funds model: the customer's account is debited on the approval day, or the next business day for approvals after 8:15pm ET, and the supplier is credited 3 business days after approval at 2pm ET, because the debit must clear first. Payments over $1M take an extra day. Same-day ACH exists, but it is arranged through the customer success manager, so ask for it at signing.
No public API reference, developer portal or MCP server was found on 27 September 2026, and developer.centime.com serves the same app shell as app.centime.com. The bank-channel Payables page mentions a client API and a partner API, but neither is publicly documented. If you plan to automate AP with agents, work through the ERP sync or negotiate API access in the contract.
An August 2024 press release quoted 4.25 percent APY as of 22 July 2024; the pricing page now shows 2.25 percent as of 23 December 2025 and says the rate may change daily. The pitch that interest covers the subscription depends on your average balance and that rate. Model the offset at a lower rate before treating it as a reason to buy.
Centime's public terms of service (checked 27 September 2026) say you accept them by executing an order form, and reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the application with or without notice. They say nothing about data export at exit, uptime or renewal pricing. Put a renewal cap, an export of documents and the approval audit trail on termination, and notice before feature removal into the order form.
Centime documents native two-way sync only for NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Business Central and QuickBooks Online and Desktop (integration pages, checked 27 September 2026). The Business Central page tells Dynamics GP users to talk to Centime about a migration timeline before committing. A file-upload option for other ERPs arrived on 1 July 2026, which trades live sync for file imports.
Scored on what an outside agent can actually reach: the documented API, how it authenticates, and whether the vendor ships an MCP server.
Inside the product, Centime uses a Gen AI model to capture invoices without templates, predicts header and line-level GL coding from past invoices, and its 22 July 2026 release notes announced AI splitting of multi-invoice PDFs. The Cash Forecasting Workbench (12 June 2026) builds a 13-week forecast and accepts plain-English scenarios, and since 16 September 2026 custom prompts can edit the baseline forecast after a confirmation step. Centime publishes no capture accuracy or touchless rate. Exchange, an agentic supplier enrollment and trust-scoring product shown at NACHA Smarter Faster Payments in April 2026, is not in the release notes through 16 September 2026, so treat it as announced.
Exists: no. No first-party MCP server, developer portal or public API reference was found on 27 September 2026. developer.centime.com, developers.centime.com and mcp.centime.com all return the same web app shell as app.centime.com, the official MCP registry lists no Centime server, and the only public GitHub spec is a 2020 internal data-service file pointing at a development host.
Scope: nothing is exposed to outside agents. The bank-channel Payables page describes a client API that pushes suppliers and bills and pulls the posting file, plus a partner API that shows banks supplier verification and payment activity, and the NetSuite setup asks for a Centime API key. None of these is publicly documented, so the objects, read and write scope, and sandbox are unknown.
Turnkey: no. An agent would need API access negotiated in the contract, or it would work on the bills, vendors and payments Centime writes back into the ERP. Zapier or similar catalogs were not checked because they would not change this picture.
Who wins for whom: NetSuite, Sage Intacct or Business Central teams that want three-way matching against ERP receipts with SOC 1 and SOC 2 Type II reports: Centime. Small US teams that want the W-9 Agent on every plan and 1099 e-filing to the IRS and 50 states: BILL. Xero or File Connect teams that want PO matching on ordered or received quantity plus dual approvers at payment release: MineralTree.
Three-way matching inside the ERP. Centime runs multi-level approval policies, duplicate detection and two and three-way matching against NetSuite, Sage Intacct and Business Central receipts, and lists SOC 1 and SOC 2 Type II reports with a timestamped audit trail that cannot be altered.
Where it loses: No 1099 e-filing, e-invoicing or VAT feature was found, and on QuickBooks matching stops at two-way because QuickBooks records no receipts.

Approvals, W-9 Agent, 1099 e-file. Every BILL plan gets approval workflows and the W-9 Agent, the audit trail is time-stamped and cannot be altered, 1099s e-file to the IRS and 50 states, and SOC 1 and SOC 2 Type II audits run annually.
Where it loses: Dual control is Enterprise only, ERP PO sync with 2 and 3-way matching sits on the quote-only Enterprise plan, and none of the pages reviewed mention e-invoicing mandates outside the US.

Tiered approvals, quantity-based PO matching. Invoices route through tiered approvals, PO matching checks ordered or received quantity for NetSuite, Xero and File Connect, payment release allows dual approvers with dollar thresholds, and SOC 1 Type 2 and SOC 2 Type 2 are listed.
Where it loses: There is no W-9 collection or 1099 filing, only a 1099 flag synced from Sage Intacct, and NetSuite subsidiaries cannot be added after the first sync.

Who wins for whom: Teams that want payments funded from an interest-bearing FNBO account, with virtual checks and wires in the supplier's currency: Centime. Small US teams that want each domestic per-payment fee posted before signing: BILL. Teams that want rebate-earning virtual cards with no per-transaction fee, debited from their existing bank account: MineralTree.
FNBO rails, interest-bearing AP account. Centime pays by ACH on FNBO's rails, printed check with USPS tracking, virtual check, virtual card and international wire in the supplier's currency, from an FNBO account that paid 2.25 percent APY as of 23 December 2025.
Where it loses: No payment fee schedule is published, standard ACH credits suppliers 3 business days after approval, same-day ACH goes through the customer success manager, and the marketed APY has fallen from 4.25 to 2.25 percent.

Posted per-payment fee table. BILL publishes ACH at $0.59, check at $1.99, free virtual card, card-funded payments at 2.9 percent and instant payments at 1 percent, runs processing in-house with Positive Pay on checks, and pays vendors in 130+ countries.
Where it loses: The FX margin on free local-currency wires is not disclosed, no payer rebate on virtual card payments is published, and API payments need an SMS-verified session.

Direct debit, card rebates, wires. MineralTree pays by ACH through Priority Payments, mailed check, SilverPay virtual card with rebates and no per-transaction fee, tokenized Amex cards and international wires to 73 listed supplier countries, debiting the customer's existing account with no pre-funding.
Where it loses: ACH reaches suppliers on day 4 or 5 after approval, the FX margin is undisclosed, and international payments are single approval, capped at 20 per batch, even with dual approval on.

Release 3.4.0 lets users adjust the baseline cash forecast with natural-language prompts that are confirmed before applying, and approve invoices from email on desktop or mobile.
Release 3.1.0 lets customers onboard without an ERP integration by importing suppliers and invoices through file upload. Centime markets this to banks as Centime Payables.
Release R 3.0.2 adds an AI-assisted 13-week forecast workspace with scenario modeling, and a cash application engine that ingests remittances and matches payments to invoices.
Centime presented Exchange, an agentic AI supplier enrollment and trust-scoring platform, at Smarter Faster Payments 2026 (26 to 29 April). It does not appear in release notes through September 2026.
Release R 3.0.1 adds private-labeled instances that carry a partner bank's branding, alongside Sage Intacct posting before approval and non-USD bill posting.
FNBO's case study says it invested in Centime, and that Centime's ACH payment count through FNBO rose 92.65 percent from June 2024 to November 2025, with payment volume up 275 percent.
Centime does not publish prices. AP is priced on the invoices and payments processed each month, AR on invoices collected, and every user is included (pricing page, checked 27 September 2026). Bundling AP with AR, signing a multi-year term or being a nonprofit can earn a discount.
The only public benchmark is Vendr: a median of $6,600 a year from only 6 purchases, with a displayed low of $6,000 and high of $12,214, though Vendr's page data tops out at $14,376 (read 27 September 2026). Payment fees for ACH, checks, wires and FX are not published, so ask for them alongside the subscription quote.
Contracts run on an order form that incorporates Centime's public terms of service, and Centime offers multi-year discounts. The public terms reserve the right to modify or discontinue the application and say nothing about exit, uptime or renewal caps, so negotiate those in the order form.
Bills, vendors and payments sync two ways into NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Business Central or QuickBooks, so the ERP keeps the accounting record. Since July 2026 invoice and vendor documents can also sync to the GL, the supplier table exports (March 2026) and AR tables export in full (September 2026). Ask for an export of the approval audit trail at termination.
The pricing page says most customers go live in 7 to 21 business days. Centime's onboarding team and a dedicated customer success manager run the setup: connecting the ERP, mapping coding fields, setting approval policies and match types, enabling OCR and turning on payment methods.
Your side needs an ERP admin for the SuiteApp or connector, the AP lead for approval rules, and treasury for funding accounts. ACH activation routes your company through FNBO's KYB review inside the app, per FNBO's March 2026 case study. No independent implementation timeline was found.
Not today. On 27 September 2026 there was no public API reference, developer portal or MCP server, and the official MCP registry listed no Centime server. The client and partner APIs Centime mentions for its bank-channel Payables product are not publicly documented.
An agent can still work on the bills, vendors and payments Centime writes back into NetSuite, Sage Intacct or QuickBooks through those systems' own connectors. Inside Centime, the AI is in-product: invoice capture, GL coding prediction and plain-English cash forecast scenarios.
