HighRadius is an enterprise order-to-cash suite covering credit, collections, cash application, deductions and e-invoicing for large and upper mid-market companies running SAP, Oracle, NetSuite or Dynamics.
Independently scored, one dimension at a time. Every dimension is sourced, and we say whether a claim is published, reported, or estimated.
The suite covers credit applications and scoring, collections and dunning, cash application, deductions with trade promotion matching, and an e-invoicing portal with ACH, card, surcharging and government e-invoicing (product pages, checked 11 October 2026). Billtrust, Versapay and Tesorio do not list a deductions product, and only Billtrust lists credit. The suite has no quoting and no subscription or usage billing, so SaaS finance teams need another system for those steps. HighRadius markets revenue recognition software aligned with ASC 606 in its separate close and reconciliation line, outside the order-to-cash suite (vendor page, checked 11 October 2026).
The HighRadius trust center lists SOC 1 Type 2, SOC 2 Type 2, SOC 3, ISO/IEC 27001:2022, PCI DSS v4.0.1, TX-RAMP, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and GDPR, with audit logging, role-based access and multi-factor authentication (checked 11 October 2026). It states a 4-hour recovery time objective and a 1-hour recovery point objective. The reports sit behind an access request. The order-to-cash suite has no revenue recognition module; HighRadius markets ASC 606 revenue recognition software in its separate close and reconciliation line, which this review does not assess.
HighRadius says 1,500+ finance teams and more than 200 Global 2000 companies run it, with 500+ SAP and 300+ Oracle deployments (vendor pages, checked 11 October 2026). Card payments run in 30+ currencies through 40+ processors, and portal automation reaches 600+ AP portals. No invoice, user or API rate limits are published, so volume commitments have to come from the order form. Vendor counts also vary by page: the homepage says 50+ ERPs and systems, and the 2026 IDC page says 25+ ERPs.
HighRadius documents certified ABAP accelerators for SAP ECC 6.0 and S/4HANA, HEX frameworks for NetSuite 2023.2 and later, a marketplace-listed Business Central connector and pre-built integrations for Oracle EBS R12 (ERP pages, checked 11 October 2026). Data moves both ways by HTTPS API or SFTP, and payments, deductions and credit updates post back to the ERP. It also claims 100+ banks, 40+ credit agencies and 600+ AP portals. The catch is access: there is no public API reference, and the REST Data as a Service feed to a warehouse is a paid add-on.
The public master agreement dated 6 July 2022 commits to a 24x7 ticket portal, a 30-minute response and one-business-day resolution target for critical issues, and one hour and five business days for high severity. The Speed to Value method adds mandatory monthly executive reviews, and HighRadius says 40 percent of implementation and support bonuses are tied to client outcomes. An RSM article of 9 March 2026 notes that customers often turn new releases on without fully adopting them. The score rests on contract terms and partner commentary and does not draw on review-site ratings.
The Speed to Value page targets go-live in 3 to 6 months: phase 1 delivers out-of-the-box functions in the first three months, and phase 2 adds enhancements over the next 3 to 6 (checked 11 October 2026). SAP customers install the HEX ABAP program, and the SAP page gives an integration range of 3 weeks to 6 months. The public 2022 agreement charges a 5,000 dollar reinstatement fee when a project goes on hold. The partner page says partners can take charge of implementation, and an article by RSM, one such partner, dated 9 March 2026 describes configurations drifting away from how the business runs.
In-product AI is broad. The homepage names the model behind each agent (random forest for payment matching and payment date prediction, K-means for customer segmentation, retrieval plus large language models for the AR inbox), and FreedaGPT drafts collection emails and call follow-ups for a collector to approve. Outcome figures such as 90 percent plus item-level automation are vendor claims. Outside the product an agent has little to hold: no MCP server in the official registry or on GitHub, no public developer portal, and a REST data API sold as a paid add-on (checked 11 October 2026).
The pricing page lists no prices and describes an annual subscription (checked 11 October 2026). The Outcome Based Pricing announcement of 27 February 2026 publishes the structure (0 dollars for implementation, 0 dollars in subscription until go-live, then a share of realized savings) and leaves the share undisclosed. Public benchmarks disagree: SpendHound reports averages of 101,020 and 722,722 dollars a year by company size, while Vendr shows a 12,973 dollar median with no sample size. Analytics add-ons and payment processing are priced separately.

HighRadius sells one platform for the whole receivables desk: Credit Cloud, Collections, Cash Application, Deductions and an e-invoicing portal with payments. It connects to SAP through a certified ABAP program, to NetSuite and Business Central through marketplace connectors, and to most other ERPs by API or SFTP. The company says 1,500+ finance teams use it, including more than 200 Global 2000 firms (vendor figures, checked 11 October 2026). Of the four tools compared here, it is the only one that lists a deductions product, and one of two that list credit.
Nothing about the price is public. The pricing page describes an annual subscription and sends buyers to a consultant. SpendHound's contract data puts average spend at about 101,000 dollars a year for companies under 1,000 employees and about 723,000 dollars for larger ones (reported, page updated 1 October 2026). The rollout is a project: the vendor's own method targets go-live in 3 to 6 months and leaves enhancements for the following 3 to 6. The headline results (10 percent lower DSO, 90 percent plus cash application automation) are the vendor's claims, defined customer by customer in a signed success document. As of 11 October 2026 there is no MCP server or public developer portal, while Billtrust and Tesorio both offer an MCP server.
Before signing, get the module list, the volume or capacity bands and a renewal uplift cap into the order form. If you take Outcome Based Pricing, write the baseline, the target, the measurement method and the gain share percentage into the success criteria document, and ask what happens if the baseline is disputed. Confirm whether the Data as a Service API and self-service analytics are in the price, since the vendor lists both as paid add-ons. Ask for the current master agreement too: the public 2022 version gives 30 days after termination to request your data and makes order forms non-cancellable.
Jobs, mapped to how finance teams actually buy.
Agents download bank statements, capture remittances from email bodies, attachments, checks, EDI and what the vendor counts as 500+ AP portals, identify the customer, match payments to open invoices and post to the ERP. Exceptions go to a worklist with suggested matches. The 90 percent plus rate is the vendor's figure, and the target for your account is set in the success criteria document.
A collections score built from past-due amounts, credit risk and payment history ranks accounts for each collector and suggests a call or an email. Dunning runs automatically for long-tail customers, FreedaGPT drafts replies for review, and agents upload invoices to 600+ AP portals and read back their status.
Agents pull claims from customer portals and email, link backup such as proofs of delivery and deal sheets, match deductions to trade promotions and predict which are invalid from 20+ variables and 12 months of resolution history. Analysts can split a deduction across reason codes. Billtrust, Versapay and Tesorio do not list a comparable module.
An online credit application collects customer data and validates it with third-party services, then a scoring model suggests a limit. Bankruptcy alerts can freeze credit lines and hold orders, and a model predicts blocked orders three days ahead. The vendor claims 3 times more credit reviews per day.
The e-invoicing portal sends invoices by email, print or directly into 100+ buyer portals and government systems, and lets customers view statements, pay by ACH, direct debit or card, set up autopay and raise disputes. Surcharging passes card fees to the buyer where rules allow, and Level 2 and Level 3 data is sent to lower interchange.

Here's what it really costs: published rates where a vendor lists them, aggregated quote data where they don't, plus a path to your own number.
Annual subscription sold by module. The pricing page lists no prices or units and routes buyers to a consultant (checked 11 October 2026).
Announced 27 February 2026: $0 implementation fees and $0 subscription fees until go-live, then a share of realized savings measured against signed success criteria. The share is not published.
Packaged collections, cash posting and credit for NetSuite, Sage Intacct and Microsoft Dynamics users. The page offers a quote request and claims go-live in 28 days.
O2C Benchmarking, Value Realization, User Adoption Analysis and Standard Reports are part of the standard offering, per the analytics page.
Custom report building and the REST API that feeds a corporate data warehouse are listed as paid offerings.
Card, ACH and direct debit processing sit in the separate B2B Payments line (gateway, merchant services, surcharge management), with no published processing rates. A card surcharge, where allowed, is paid by the buyer.
Under the public master agreement dated 6 July 2022, restarting a project that went on hold (including a delay of two or more weeks not caused by HighRadius) costs $5,000.
The public 2022 master agreement sets net 30 payment terms and allows a 1.5 percent monthly fee on undisputed late amounts.
The HighRadius pricing page shows no numbers (checked 11 October 2026). SpendHound, drawing on 160 customers, reports average annual spend of 101,020 dollars under 1,000 employees and 722,722 dollars above, on a page updated 1 October 2026. Vendr's marketplace page shows a 12,973 dollar median and gives no sample size. The gap suggests the two sources measure different purchases, so use neither as a quote. SpendHound also reports enterprise spend rising 9.47 percent year over year across 27 customers, which is a reason to negotiate a renewal cap.
HighRadius announced Outcome Based Pricing on 27 February 2026: no implementation fee, no subscription fee until go-live, then a fraction of realized savings. The fraction, the measurement window and the handling of a disputed baseline are not public. Payment depends on a Mutually Agreed Success Criteria document with baseline and target metrics signed by a client executive. A DSO baseline taken in a weak quarter makes later gains look larger, so set it over a full year of history and have the controller own the calculation.
The homepage promises guaranteed KPI improvements such as a 10 percent reduction in DSO and 40 percent higher productivity, and the order-to-cash page cites 20 percent lower past dues (checked 11 October 2026). The homepage also says the details are defined per client in the success criteria document. The figures differ between the vendor's own pages: its llms.txt file cites up to a 30 percent DSO reduction. They are HighRadius's numbers, supported by the case studies on its own site. Ask for two reference customers on your ERP with before and after figures.
The analytics page lists Data as a Service, the REST API that feeds a corporate data warehouse, as a paid offering alongside self-service analytics (checked 11 October 2026). The public master agreement dated 6 July 2022 lets a customer export data through product functions during the term and request it in an industry-standard format within 30 days after termination; after that HighRadius has no obligation to keep it. The same agreement lets HighRadius use customer data for benchmarking and machine learning to improve its products. Enterprise contracts are negotiated, so confirm each point in the current version.
The implementation terms in the public 2022 master agreement treat a project as on hold if the customer asks for a pause or it is delayed two or more weeks through no fault of HighRadius. Restarting takes a written request and a 5,000 dollar reinstatement fee, and the original team may be reassigned. Order forms are non-cancellable, and contracted capacities cannot be reduced during the term. RSM, an implementation partner, wrote on 9 March 2026 that customers often switch on new releases without full adoption. Staff the project before signing.
As of 11 October 2026 the official MCP registry has no HighRadius entry, GitHub has no HighRadius MCP repository, and the vendor's site does not mention one. Billtrust launched a read-only MCP server for Claude and Copilot on 21 July 2026, and Tesorio lists an MCP that works from Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor. HighRadius's AI runs inside its own screens. If agent access matters to your roadmap, ask for a dated commitment.
Scored on what an outside agent can actually reach: the documented API, how it authenticates, and whether the vendor ships an MCP server.
Exists: No first-party MCP server was found for HighRadius on 11 October 2026. The official MCP registry returns no HighRadius entry, a GitHub search for a HighRadius MCP repository returns nothing, and the vendor's site, llms.txt file and newsroom do not mention one. Billtrust announced an MCP server on 21 July 2026 and Tesorio lists one on its product menu, so this is now a gap against peers.
Scope: What exists for outside systems is integration plumbing. HighRadius connects to ERPs through HTTPS APIs and SFTP, and its analytics page describes Data as a Service, a REST-based API that exposes a standard set of data entities for each receivables product so a company can load them into its own warehouse. The vendor lists Data as a Service as a paid offering. No endpoint list, authentication guide or rate limit is published, and the site links to no developer portal.
Turnkey: Nothing here is self-serve. API access is arranged through the contract and the implementation team. A finance team that wants Claude to work with HighRadius data today would export it through Data as a Service or a warehouse and point the agent at that copy.
In-product AI: The vendor says 190+ agents run on the platform. The documented ones include a prioritized collections worklist, payment date prediction, remittance capture from email and AP portals, payment-to-invoice matching, a deductions validity predictor that reads 20+ variables and 12 months of history, and FreedaGPT, which drafts collection emails and call follow-ups for a collector to review. The vendor says FreedaGPT runs on an enterprise LLM such as OpenAI and sends no personal data to the model. Accuracy and DSO figures attached to these agents are vendor claims.
HighRadius published its placement as a Leader in the IDC MarketScape Worldwide AI-Enabled Accounts Receivable Automation Applications for the Enterprise 2026 Vendor Assessment. The page is vendor-hosted and dated 1 October 2026.
The recognition covers the separate accounts payable product line and says nothing about order to cash. The vendor page is dated 23 June 2026.
The vendor page, dated 11 March 2026, also restates that HighRadius was a Leader in Gartner's Invoice-to-Cash Magic Quadrant three times, most recently in 2024.
RSM, an implementation partner, summarized the releases announced around Radiance 2026: automated and assisted agents with AI and human work assignment, better remittance capture and customer identification, in-app payments and goal-based configuration meant to shorten implementation.
HighRadius announced $0 implementation fees and $0 subscription fees until go-live, with payment as a fraction of realized savings measured against signed success criteria. The fraction was not disclosed.
HighRadius does not publish prices. The pricing page describes an annual subscription and asks buyers to speak with a consultant (checked 11 October 2026).
The closest public number is SpendHound's: average spend of 101,020 dollars a year for companies with 50 to 1,000 employees and 722,722 dollars for companies above 1,000, based on 160 customers (reported, page updated 1 October 2026). Vendr shows a much lower 12,973 dollar median with no sample size, which probably reflects small single-module deals (Audit Friendly estimate).
Since 27 February 2026 there is a second route: Outcome Based Pricing, with 0 dollars up front and a share of realized savings after go-live. The share is not public. Budget separately for the Data as a Service API, self-service analytics and payment processing.
Enterprise deals are negotiated, so the signed order form governs. The public master subscription agreement dated 6 July 2022 shows the starting position: order forms are non-cancellable, fees are non-refundable, contracted capacities cannot be reduced during the term, invoices are due in 30 days and late amounts carry 1.5 percent a month.
The customer owns its data. During the term it can be exported through product functions, and HighRadius will provide it on request in an industry-standard format. After termination there is a 30-day window to ask for it in writing. A continuous feed to a warehouse runs through the Data as a Service REST API, which the vendor lists as a paid add-on.
Renewal terms and uplift caps are not in the public agreement. Put both in the order form.
HighRadius targets go-live in 3 to 6 months under its Speed to Value method (vendor-stated, checked 11 October 2026). Phase 1 delivers out-of-the-box functions in the first three months and aims for 80 percent of the value. Phase 2 adds enhancements over the next 3 to 6 months.
The HighRadius team runs delivery, sometimes with a services partner such as RSM; the partner page says partners can take charge of implementation. Your side supplies AR, credit and deductions process owners, ERP and IT staff for data extraction, and treasury for bank and lockbox files. On SAP, the HEX ABAP program is installed inside the ERP, and the vendor gives an integration range of 3 weeks to 6 months.
The mid-market RadiusOne edition claims go-live in 28 days on NetSuite, Sage Intacct or Microsoft Dynamics.
No, at least for now. As of 11 October 2026 HighRadius has no MCP server and no public API reference or developer portal. Its AI agents and the FreedaGPT assistant work inside the product.
The workable route is indirect. The paid Data as a Service API exposes a standard set of receivables data entities over REST for loading into a warehouse, and Claude can analyze that copy and draft outreach or reports. It cannot post cash, release orders or send dunning in HighRadius.
Two peers are ahead here. Billtrust launched a read-only MCP server on 21 July 2026, and Tesorio offers an MCP that works from Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor.
